Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we received a request of refund, we will examine your request and send you an email.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you have used your account during this time, we will retain the right to deduct the appropriate amount for usage at current rates, and refund the remaining amount.
If you have paid for a longer usage time (for e.g., yearly) and you wish to pause your subscription, please contact us at email@example.com.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
